COASTER CLUB!

MUG CLUBS are cool and all…but COASTER CLUBS are the FUTURE!! 

 

GET ON IT NOW, or forever wish you had! There are 111 spots available! JOIN the club to receive VIP status, perks AND A CUSTOM MADE COASTER (individually numbered, with the TRAIL BREAK logo on the front and YOUR INITIALS on the back!) These coasters are HAND MADE by Natty Graham, a craftsman and photographer based out of YORK, MAINE. 

 

We are releasing 100 COASTER CLUB spots for initial member purchase at $140! Once sold, 10 more spots will be released at $155. 

 

IF/WHEN all 110 spots are filled, ONE final spot (#111) will be auctioned OR raffled off, with all proceeds going to a LOCAL NON PROFIT! Each year, the member who wins this spot, will have the option to renew at full membership renewal rate (half of which will be donated). We will also open up ONE additional slot each year to auction or raffle off if all member slots remain filled/renewed at the start of each of our operating seasons.

 

COASTER CLUB memberships are available for purchase ONLINE (during normal online ordering hours) and also ON SITE!


 

  • FOOD PERKS and DISCOUNTS! *only valid if using your coaster during your visit!*

    • CHURRO upgrade!: receive a bump up to the next highest churro quantity when ordering this tasty dessert! (two additional churros when you order)

      • Churros must be ordered when your main meal arrives in order for the discount to apply

    • DISCOUNTS FOR DAYS!: receive MEMBER-ONLY happy hour pricing during certain hours all season-long. (see below)

      • Valid: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2:00-4:45*

        • Certain days we do not open until 4:00, keep an eye on our operating schedule!

        • Discount applies to any FOOD and NON ALCOHOLIC beverages ordered between 2:00pm and 4:45pm on the specific days. Items ordered prior to, or after the discount time period will be charged at full price.

      • 8.02% off FOOD and NON ALCOHOLIC beverages!

      • DISCOUNT applies to the individual MEMBER PLUS UP TO 5 guests!

      • DISCOUNT is valid on DINE IN and TAKEOUT. 

        • Online order will be charged at full price, please call in your order to receive your discount.

      • GIFT CARD PAYMENTS will not be accepted during the discount period

    • MERCH DISCOUNT! 10% off all merch! Stickers, patches, pins, socks and, if we get our shit together soon, some epic hats and possibly shirts before the season is over! 


 

  • OTHER BENEFITS!

    • CACHET! Only 111 spots available! VIP status has never been so EPIC!

    • BEND THE RULES: For the public, we only take reservations for parties of SIX or more (otherwise, we are walk-in only) BUT members are welcome to make reservations for any party-size!

      • Reservations must be made at least two hours in advance (this perk does not permit you to skip the wait list without a reservation).

      • Member must be present for this (and almost all perks) to apply

      • Reservations will be made through our online reservation system

        • The system will only allow reservations of SIX

        • When making the reservation, please add special instructions with the following information: MEMBER NUMBER, and ACTUAL NUMBER of guests. Please also specify any seating requests.

        • As a reminder, children are not permitted upstairs at the couch/lounge seating so if you are coming with younger kids, please do not request the couches.

        • Members are the only individuals who are able to reserve bar seats (so feel free to specify if you’d like the bar). Let us know WHICH SPECIFIC SEATS at the bar you would like, but please know we cannot guarantee exact seating placement. 

    • SOFT OPENING invite: at the start of each new operating season (around mid May) members will have the opportunity to make a reservation for our soft opening and come in with their friends/family to enjoy 20% off the food bill for your whole table! (*keep in mind, the soft openings are when we get to stress-test our crew so the 20% off is in recognition of the training that will occur that day)

    • SEASON CLOSING party invite: the last shift (or maybe two) of the season, we’ll host a CLEAR OUT THE COOLERS party! Members (and a guest) will get to enjoy 50% off food, discounted beverages and $4.75 drafts until inventory is gone! (*this may be over the course of ONE or TWO shifts, the first shift will be invite only for members, with the second and/or subsequent shifts being open to the public)

    • POPULARITY PERK: you’ll get 2 discount cards to give to a friend, a coworker or maybe an enemy you need to appease! These discount cards will be good for 10% off the FOOD bill for the recipient and will be SINGLE USE-only. 

    • DISCOUNTS…. FOREVER?!: Members will have ONE day (the third SUNDAY in October, each year) where gift card purchases will receive a 10% bonus credit (in the form of physical cards, in $10 or $50 increments) that can be picked up the week after OR picked up at the start of the following season.

      • Minimum purchase of $120

      • Gift cards are NOT valid for payment towards any form of catering. 

      • Dine in or takeout only

      • Gift cards cannot be used for payment during ‘Member Happy Hour’ times

      • Must be an active member on the third Sunday in October in order to receive bonus amounts 

    • JUKEBOX BONUS: request one song for us to queue up while you are dining at the restaurant each visit! *Please make sure song requests fit the general vibe of the playlist if possible. *We reserve the right to ask for an alternate song if deemed necessary. 

    • BOARD MEMBER BATTLES: Throughout the season, we will pose a handful of questions on a member-only section of our website. You will have access to this page and will be able to vote in some PIVOTAL decisions such as: what style of beer is missing from the tap list; what brewery should we feature on one of the lines; what specific beer should go on tap; what should be the next flavor in our slushee machine; what do you want to see as the next ‘dizzy’ taco special; and more! 

 

  • WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

    • IN THE SPECIAL REQUEST SECTION (if signing up through online ordering), please provide the INITIALS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE engraved on the back of your coaster. You may also opt for a NAME or LAST NAME but character space might be limited so if questionable, PLEASE PROVIDE a ‘CHOICE A’ and a ‘CHOICE B’. If any questions come up, we’ll reach out before submitting the order. 


 

  • MEMBERSHIP INFO and FINE PRINT

    • Initial sign up + first year cost: $140

    • Annual renewal: $115

      • Renewals are the responsibility of the member to have paid at least 10 days prior to their renewal date, otherwise they lose their membership spot (and associated coaster number) and will have to wait to purchase in at FULL INITIAL MEMBER PRICE when a spot becomes available

      • Membership is valid for exactly ONE YEAR from purchase date

        • To clarify, it is not PER SEASON….you will get a FULL ‘season’s’ worth of member perks regardless of when you join!

      • Membership perks are valid ONLY FOR THE SPECIFIC MEMBER and do not extend to family members unless otherwise noted.

      • Membership is NON TRANSFERABLE and holds no cash or other monetary value beyond the member perks and discounts described.

      • BY PURCHASING THIS MEMBERSHIP, you agree to the terms and specifications laid out in this outline.

      • MEMBERSHIP perks AND/OR renewal rates AND/OR initial sign up rates are all  subject to change! Any changes will take effect upon members’ respective renewal date (and at no point earlier than the renewal date).
